We ship anywhere Within The Continental US

Continental United States is a term that is used to describe part of the United States of America. It describes the 48 states and Washington, D.C., which are all grouped together and touching each other, on the central part of the North American continent. The term Continental United States does not include Hawaii which is a group of islands, Alaska, which is separated from the other states by Canada, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands.  Please provide a reliable, physical address to accept your package delivery. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Army Post Offices (APO) or Fleet Post Offices (FPOs) at this time.

Shipping Outside of the Continental United States

If you are interested in shipping a item to either of these other countries special shipping prices will be associated. Upon checkout a real time shipping rate will be given to satisfy shipping the product to your location.

We Ship Via USPS, UPS & FedEx

Balance Bike Trainer ships via USPS, UPS Ground and/or Federal Express Ground. Balance Bike Trainer will select the appropriate carrier to deliver your package(s), depending on your order’s contents, weight, size and destination. We do offer expedited shipping if needed.

Most Orders Ship Within 48 Hours

Most Balance Bike Trainer products ship out from our warehouse within 48 hours. Exceptions include Razor products (usually 5 days). If your order contains multiple products from different manufacturers, your order may ship in multiple parcels. These packages may arrive on different days.

Where’s My Stuff?

Most orders ship within 48 hours, however it is not unusual for a large order to ship within 3-5 business days. Don’t worry, your order is important to us and we are working to ship it out as soon as possible! If any item is back ordered, we will contact you via e-mail to let you know your options.

You will receive an official shipping notification via e-mail as soon as your order ships all orders include online tracking which includes a tracking number with your shipping notification. If you have not received a shipping notification within 7-10 business days, please Contact Us for more information. We are here to help, and we respond to most e-mails within 1 business day.

Canceling Your Order Before It Ships

Change your mind? No problem. You may cancel any order, provided it has not shipped. Please note that we charge a $5 processing fee to cover our transaction costs on canceled orders. The fee will be deducted from the refund. Orders canceled after shipment may be returned for store credit, as detailed in our Returns Policy.

Non-deliverable, Refused or Unclaimed Orders

Packages returned to Balance Bike Trainer as non-deliverable, refused or unclaimed for any reason will be processed as a standard return. You may review our Returns Policy for more information.
